Damaged Items & Eligibility
We only accept returns or process refunds under one specific condition: **if a product is physically damaged during production or packaging and shipped directly from our side.**
- Mandatory Return for Inspection: In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, it must be shipped back to us immediately.

- Resolution: Once the damage is verified by our investigation team, we will happily either **issue a brand new replacement product** or **process a refund** to your original payment method.
